How I work

My approach

All services are grounded in neurodiversity-informed, identity-first and lived-experience-led practice. Sessions are flexible, low-pressure and adapted to the person, group or organisation I am working with. No diagnosis is required for individual support.

Not awareness. Actual change.

A lot of neurodiversity training stops at awareness. My work is designed to shift understanding, change practice and create environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive.

All services are grounded in lived experience, research and creative practice, and are adapted to the person, group or organisation I am working with.

Not sure what you need?

That is completely fine. Get in touch and we can have a conversation about what would work best for you or your organisation.
